How to Sign In to Your VODDS Account

I Forgot My VODDS Password
Use the Forgot Password link directly under the VODDS login form. Enter the email address linked to your account and a one-time reset link is sent to your inbox. The link is valid for 30 minutes from issue. Click it, set a new password (minimum 10 characters, mixed case, at least one number), and you are redirected back to VODDS sign in.
My VODDS Account Is Locked
After five failed VODDS login attempts in a row the account auto-locks for 15 minutes as a brute-force defense. Wait the timer out, then try again with the correct credentials, or open a chat with support if you still cannot get in. Persistent lockouts often trace back to a saved password from a previous reset still cached in your browser.
Two-Factor Authentication Issues
If your authenticator app is generating codes that VODDS rejects, the most common cause is a clock drift on your phone. Open your phone settings, ensure automatic time is enabled, then retry. If you have lost access to your 2FA device entirely, contact support with proof of identity to re-issue the secret.
VODDS Account Login on Mobile
The dedicated VODDS mobile app for iOS and Android stores your VODDS sign in credentials securely in the system keychain and supports biometric login: Face ID and Touch ID on iPhone, fingerprint on Android. After your first login on mobile, every subsequent session takes one tap. The mobile login also syncs 2FA from the platform — codes pushed to the authenticator can be auto-filled.
